Not all paper is created equal. For instance, glossy stock can often
weigh twice as much as regular bond paper. So if you have many reports
printed on glossy stock, the box can weigh as much as 70 lbs.
It is also dependent upon how tightly packed the box is. We use an
average of 40 lbs/box, but the best way to do this is to weigh a
collective amount of boxes and average it out. This will be more
responsive to your situation.

Question - Average weight of a 15 x 10 x 12 records storage box full of
paper
Hey All,
I'm trying to figure out the average weight of a records storage box -
full of paper - I know it could vary, but wanted to get some input on the
average - I've weighed boxes and they have ranged from about 35 lbs to 60
lbs - so I wanted the collective wisdom here to let me know if there is a
standard average weight.
