industry, public/private, volume of information, time frame it covers, where
the organization does business, who regulates it, etc

a retention schedule IS a living document, and it must be regularly 'pulse
checked' for changes

next week? =)  got one cabinet of records less than a year old for a
non-profit operating in Wyoming that employs less than 3 people? SURE!
