I am interested in hearing from anyone who is using Autonomy (CA) 
Records Manager (formerly owned by CA and also formerly known as 
FileSurf by MDY) with regards to managing electronic records.  In 
particular, I would like to know how successful you have been (or not), 
how did you obtain your level of success (or what caused your lack of 
success), procedures/policies for shared drives and how you educated 
your end users when rolling out the software.
