All,

My RIM position was initially created as a temporary project position, however, I'm happy to report that as of August 1, it has been upgraded to permanent status (yay!).

Anyway, because it is a brand new position, there is no written job description. Consequently, I have been asked to research RIM job descriptions for records managers in higher education. I did an internet search and found those for Princeton (which, btw, is looking for a University Records Manager)and Harvard. However, because we are a state university, I would also like to include at least one of those but would also appreciate additional information from private universities. Therefore, if any of you higher ed RIMs would be willing to share your job descriptions, titles, grade/classifications, and perhaps salary ranges with me I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in advance for any help.
Phil Koslowski
