Great article, and deeply interesting counterpoint to the NYTimes article.  Why 
is information we critically need so often unfindable, and yet information we 
want gone forever keeps popping up?  I think it sums up the great challenge 
for our profession going forward - information requires preservation, control, 
retention, and disposition.  It's not easy and that's why most of us on the list 
have jobs.
