I always smile when I see the list of new CRMs - seeing names I recognize from the listserv is a bonus, but in general, I know what a great day that is when after the time spent honing skills in the trenches, applying, preparing for and taking the tests and especially doing the Part VI, the word comes that you can finally add those three special letters after your name.  As our profession continues to advance, the knowledge that those letter represents continues to increase in value - both to the individual and to the organizations we support because of the knowledge they represent.  

Kudos to those listed and to those of you in pursuit of the credential, take heart and keep up your work toward this goal.
