ARMA International is pleased to announce that ANSI recently approved as an American National Standard ANSI/ARMA 5-2010 Vital Records Programs: Identifying, Managing, and Recovering Business-Critical Records<https://www.arma.org/eweb/DynamicPage.aspx?Action=Add&site=ARMAI&ObjectKeyFrom=1A83491A-9853-4C87-86A4-F7D95601C2E2&WebCode=ARMAIProdDetailAdd&DoNotSave=yes&ParentObject=CentralizedOrderEntry&ParentDataObject=Invoice%20Detail&ivd_formkey=69202792-63d7-4ba2-bf4e-a0da41270555&ivd_cst_key=00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000&ivd_prc_prd_key=cce9b352-ed79-4a81-a1f0-cc06c57856cd>. We published this new edition this week, and it is available in the ARMA bookstore now as a PDF download. (It is on press and will be available in print in a few weeks.)

Many of the consensus group members that worked diligently to develop this standard will be familiar to this list:

Virginia Jones, CRM, FAI, Consensus Group Leader
Martha W. Adcox, CRM
Darlene P. Barber, CRM
Carrie A. Fager, CRM, CA, CDIA+
Glenn P. Gercken, CRM
Ted Hanousek
Howard P. Lowell
Susan Laura Lugo, CA
Peggy Nikkel, CRM
Dylan Spevack-Willcock
Michele L. Trader
Lydia Washington, MS, RHIA

Much appreciation goes to this group for its fine work - and to the project manager, Nancy Barnes, Ph.D., CRM, who kept the project on course.
