The first time I remember a reference to this study was in 1982, prior to my company launching its office of the future project. That was one of those famous (or infamous) paperless office studies. Anyway I remember asking if I could have access to a copy of the study since I was reading everything I could get my hands on about records management. There was no such study in our possession.
