RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Designs, evaluates, reviews, recommends, creates,
implements, updates and maintains records management-related systems. 2.
Implement records and information management policies and procedures. 3.
Applies specialized technical skills as an independent worker under minimal
supervision. 4. Assesses information flow for workflow analysis and
planning. 5. Trains users on using active records systems. 6. Writes
procedures for new applications. 7. Recommends changes to current retention
schedules. 8. Acts as a liaison between user departments and the records
center regarding issues of retention and disposition. 9. Prepares final
retention schedule drafts for review and approval.
