Workflow Indexing Specialist:

The Guardian Pro strategic initiative contains significant Document Management productivity enhancements and improvements which are critically important to the success of managing claims and claim volume.  The next scheduled major release for document management improvements is targeted for November 1, 2010.  There have been significant changes in business practices relative to the movement, retrieval, and review of documents relating to claims activity.  The document indexing and scanning is currently being outsourced to a company located within 20 miles of Philadelphia.  This outsourced model has been in place since September, 2009.  Because Document Management is not a part of the core business structure, it is imperative to have an outside, third party, seasoned professional who can review the  processes to ensure correct management of the relationship between Vendor and the business processes and deployment associated with that document
