Meredith--

The law firm Cadwalader (formerly Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft) uses Yale 
University's Manuscripts & Archives as its repository for their archival 
records. I'm not sure how this arrangement exists now, but was started 
when I worked at Yale (pre 2005) and was led, on the Yale side by Nancy 
Lyons and someone from the law school.

Is there a college/university archive out there that is the final
disposition for a company's retention schedule?

I am looking for models of collaboration with a corporate/ organization/
institution records manager and an archivist.
