I purchased the salary survey and had no trouble downloading the PDF,  
but have been unable to access the online salary calculator. It asks  
for your username and password, which I can only assume is the same  
for my member login to the ARMA site. I keep getting the message Login  
cannot be verified, please check your email address and password and  
try again.

I emailed the bookstore about the problem, but they just sent me the  
link again.

Has anyone else had this problem?
