Summary of Duties: As a member of the BFAP IT Application Development team:
manages the computer systems of UniPrint's Document Management Services
(DMS); interacts with University community members, suppliers, internal and
external customers; maintains the DMS imaging files, database, web, and
application software; provides status updates and coordination of assigned
projects and production support activities; evaluates current and future
computing environments for new releases and growth; provides level 2 support
for DMS; diagnosis software problems (working with network server team
members as necessary); performs routine release management upgrades;
participates in departmental activities; extended or alternate hours may be
required for routine maintenance during non-use hours and in periods of high
volume; ensures system is available to customers based on the Service Level
Agreements which may require support outside of regular business hours.   

 

Additional Information: This is a re-posted position. This position requires
completion of successful background check.

   

Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration,
computer science or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
experience providing excellent customer service; project management
concepts; computer network communication and connectivity; document imaging
software systems, designs and concepts; exceptional written and verbal
skills; skilled in document management and business process analysis.   

 

Desired Qualifications: Technical School or an equivalent combination of
education and experience desired; CDIA+ accreditation (Certified Document
Imaging Architect) and familiarity with DocFinity and/or Oracle
UCM/Stellent.   

 

Target Salary: $42,000 - $49,000 Annually
