Craig, I cant say I've noticed any distinction in the type of music, (nor,
obviously, have I done any sort of exhaustive testing or analysis) just
anecdotal evidence, that some of the best individuals I've brought on board
have also been "artsy" or musically inclined.

I also agree with what Stephen said about body language and demeanor, even
if someone does have all the "correct" answers, their personality has to fit
the team as well.
