I am posting this question on behalf of a colleague.  She manages a team responsible for maintaining investment research information on behalf of the Investment group (inclusive of organizing, storing, retrieving, & archiving).  Her team is also responsible for:


*         Organizing/maintaining research information in the offices of individuals on the investment team.

*         Maintaining the electronic research information database for the investment team.

*         Gathering/generating research information packets for the investment team to use when traveling to meet with companies in a variety of industries.

She is looking for contacts in the financial services industry that may have a similar type of function/structure set up within their organization.
