Accordingly, a computer user's trail may be uncovered by examining the cache. Today's lawyer and 21st-century pathfinder may discover that the cache is a significant source of evidence. Accordingly, this article addresses issues that may arise in assessing its evidentiary value. http://bit.ly/gH6745 Source: http://www.law.com/jsp/lawtechnologynews/PubArticleLTN.jsp?id=1202476795048&src=EMC-Email&et=editorial&bu=LTN&pt=Law%20Technology%20News&cn=20110103_ltnda&kw=Cache%20Evidence,%20Mens%20Rea%20and%20Accessing%20Illicit%20Material List archives at http://lists.ufl.edu/archives/recmgmt-l.html Contact [log in to unmask] for assistance To unsubscribe from this list, click the below link.
