I am a new Archivist for a non-profit organization.  I have recently joined ARMA and the Listserv and I would appreciate any advice you can offer on the questions I have.
Our organization is considering working with a cloud vendor to store our emails.  I am  interested in obtaining information about retention options used by other organizations  who  contract with cloud vendors to store their emails.  Does your contract with the cloud vendor have statements about retention/disposition?  If so, can you provide an example of what these statements are?  Does your retention policy in relation to the cloud differ from the retention policy you had before your emails were stored on the cloud?
