skilled as records management professionals are best equipped to respond to 
the desperate demand within corporations and organizations to govern their 
information.  What does it truly mean to "govern information"? How will the 
records professional measure their success in doing so?  What are the first 
steps toward transforming our profession for the remaining years of the 21st 
century?
