I sometimes feel like a doormat, though that's not really a mascot. It's a
rectangle of carpet. I think an octopus would be a good mascot. They're
low-key, very smart, and can squeeze into the tightest spaces to get at
their prey. Records managers aren't often appreciated for all they can do
(low-key), they know how to navigate through the organization to succeed
(smart), and are adept at making the most with minimal resources.
