And if everyone doesn't know about Google Scholar (http://scholar.google.com), it's a fantastic resource for at least tracking down academic articles. In more than a few instances it links to a PDF or HTML version of the article, as was the case with this one. Even when it doesn't, such as when it found the chapter bill referenced, it took me right to a place I could purchase the chapter for $25.
