We're trying to institute a 5-year review process for our retention
schedules, but it's pretty slow moving at this point.  We are, however,
identifying a number of 'orphaned' schedules for business activities that my
organization no longer conducts.  In order to address their removal, we have
negotiated with our Chief Administrative Officer as the authority for
schedules when there is no longer an internal authority.
