Records Officer - Northern Virginia

TRAK Records and Library is recruiting for a Records Officer for their client in Northern Virginia. The Officer will be responsible for providing guidance on the development of effective records management policies and procedures; providing training, advice, and support to staff on policies and procedures; and assisting business areas with LiveLink workflow design, development, and customization. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in business field of study, 5 years of experience with enterprise content management systems (specifically Opentext LiveLink), knowledge of the records management lifecycle, and understanding of relevant government guidance and regulations regarding records. In addition, candidates must have strong organization, leadership and customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
