Marshall Democrat-News: Local News: County Clerk goes back to the books

County Clerk Debbie Russell reached up and pulled a yellowing book from the
metal shelf. The information in its pages dates back to the early 1900s, and
every word had most likely been handwritten by a former county clerk.

"I just think these books are the coolest of cool," she said. "They're
totally amazing to me."
