Journalism organizations join in photocopy cost lawsuits | cleveland.com CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Journalists have elbowed into Cuyahoga County's dispute over the cost of CDs loaded with deeds and mortgages, arguing that the public should have the databases at cost.
