Members of the list may find the following two articles of interest:

1. Content Isn't Social, You Are.
http://www.aiim.org/community/blogs/expert/Conent-isnt-Social-You-Are

2. Can we declare that Microfilm/Microfiche is officially a defunct
storage media? http://is.gd/QiIQEQ

I know Peter Kurilecz and John Glover have both weighed in on the second
one; in the interest of full disclosure, a) I commented on both and b) as
it's not clear from the link, the second is from the AIIM group on LinkedIn.
It was just way too long a link.

Also, if any of you know of good resources relating to social media and
records management, I'd welcome links or names. I already have several
resources from ARMA, NARA, ACT-IAC, and the report from the IBM Center for
the Business of Government. I will do a blog post later today on the AIIM
Communities blog with my list and links; for the ARMA ones the link will be
to the bookstore.

Best,

Jesse Wilkins, CRM
Director, Systems of Engagement
AIIM International
