while a good suggestion there is one teeny-weeny problem with it. An
internal auditor told me once that under their guidelines/best practices
they are not allowed to provide suggestions for improvement, if they do then
they can't be objective when they conduct an audit. Their goal is to
identify the deficiencies and leave the improvements up to the group they
are auditing
