files.  The court ruled that New York University’s Langone Medical Center
may be compelled to provide information about more than 2,000 computers that
accessed its Web portal one morning more than a year ago.  A doctor is
claiming to have been defamed by someone who accessed a blog from that
portal and she needs the evidence to help  prove her case.
