Actually, vendors like Ginny Martinez COULD be your vendor.
All you have to do is substitute "scan on demand" for retrieval of your paper records (at least for quick turnaround). With scan on demand, the storage vendor can be almost anywhere on the mainland of North America.
This is not an ad: it's a fact.

Good Morning Crew,
Just to shed a good light on some vendors, some of us do not charge for summarynor detailed invoices, It is part of the Priority One Service we provide.
And I would never assume no one paying attention and maybe I will get away withit, my conscious would not allow such shady business practices although on occasions, honest errors have been made and once addressed, are corrected. I have even caught the error myself!
Wish I was in the cities you folks are in so that I could ask to be your vendor.
ps. We don't charge perm out fees either!!
