I echo Lee and Julie's comments.  I would also add that to the extent you have a risk management/loss prevention attorney/committee it may be helpful to present a recommendation (such as outlined below) and get their feedback and endorsement.  I've worked in several firms over my 25 year career in the legal field and have seen slight variations due to firm culture, etc.
