I don't know of a tool that will do what you are looking for.  However, if you are looking to dispose of duplicated materials, check out a tool called Directory Report.  Among its capabilities is the option to quickly identify duplicate files and directories.  Once identified, the tool provides options on how to handle the files.

I think it is a tool everyone should have in their toolbelt.
