Hi Ben,

We have quite an advanced PST management system that we are enacting in
conjunction with our file transfer process. The best method of deletion
would be to extract all relevant subfolders to your archive file and
subject them to your retention schedule (30, 60 days and beyond). There is
no reason to hold onto the native PST file if you do not have to.
