Hi Cherise,
I am assuming that these equip. and maintenance logs pertain to GxP related activities. Typically you will want to maintain them anywhere from 5 to 15 years from the decommissioning of the system. This will depend on your SOP's and the requirements of the counties where you are doing business. Be mindful that your retention times should be consistent with similar GMP and GLP related records.
