Hi Cherise

Have a look at the Records (Disposal) Authority for the Australian National
Measurement Institute (NMI) contained in the broader Authority for the
Department of Industry, Tourism and Resources here:

http://www.naa.gov.au/naaresources/ra/2007-00307997.pdf

Look under Metrological Services - Calibration and Measurement Services on
pages 176 and 177.

Note - I was involved in the creation of this disposal authority.
