Utah Policy - Lawmakers Could Use Crowdsourcing for GRAMA Requests
The idea of Sen. Curt Bramble, R-Provo? Create a huge database where most
emails and other written legislative products are “dumped” – and out of
which anyone with Internet connection can search.

That’s right. Properly handled and created, such a database would be
available for public searches without the need of a formal GRAMA request.
