It is also a higher ed acronym
I less concerned with who else uses than the potential exposer to those
within the profession that have invested in it.
Maybe someone conversant is the law can clarify. What happpens to those
folks that have integrated the acronym into their solutions. Whether it is
in po;icy, procedure law, web page, business publications, or presentaions,
is there a legal exposure? Maybe ARMA will be helping some of these folks
recoup their losses whether they want to or not? A lot of folks have paid
others a lot of money to get this into their work. Are we going to lose our
list history?
