I personally don't worry about the initial baking of the turkey, although done in a bag. What I like is the leftovers! For that I make turkey croquettes. It is the turkey cut in small pieces, onion and white sauce added to it, then egg, flour and bread crumb the squares of meat made. Then to cook it up, just cook in olive oil till breading is brown. They are freezable so you enjoy turkey all year long! Very yummy family tradition!
