I don't have any knowledge of this new book, but I do have Robert's book on safeguarding critical e-documents.  It is good material.  Very practical, easy to read, and useful.  And Bob Williams is the founder of the MER (Managing Electronic Records) conference.  I'd expect that a book from these authors on the subject of electronic records is likely a good read.

The relationship between price and value is all in the eye of the beholder.  :)
