A great site to use to follow along would be www.tweetchat.com 

Once you sign in with your Twitter username and password, you enter a
hashtag at the top. Then, all the tweets sent under that hashtag will pop
up, with the most recent one showing first. This makes it easy to read all
the tweets within the chat, plus, you can tweet, reply, favorite, and
retweet from it. When you tweet, the correct hashtag is automatically added
to the end of your tweet, guaranteeing others in the chat will see your
message.
