Elaine,
The ARMA library has a book on forms with form samples for inventorying and
which includes a CD with the forms available in spreadsheet format.

I would also agree that Zasio makes a good product and so you're aware, it
comes in three sizes so you can acquire the entry level version, Versatile
Express at a rather reasonable price and if you see it works in a short time
you can apply the cost to upgrade to a different version.
