In today's Washington Post...

The health of our economy relies on people finding and keeping jobs. If
there are electronic-record systems that are preventing qualified people

staying employed, they need to be fixed.  That’s why it’s important to
take note of a report from the National Employment Law
Project<http://www.nelp.org/page/-/SCLP/2013/Report-Wanted-Accurate-FBI-Background-Checks-Employment.pdf?nocdn=1>,
which estimates that 1.8 million workers every year are subjected to FBI
background checks that contain incorrect or incomplete information.
