Hi Ginny,
This is a shocker!
As Niri Shan, at Taylor Wessing, says " it could raise interesting legal
implications..."

I suspect that we mostly expect this "established" copying technology to be
more robust; and now it looks like this problem is not as contained as
Xerox first thought.

So my question to the list is this: *What are the Records Management
implications ?*
e.g. When a physical record conflicts with a digital record.

I would be interested in your views and any experience in this area.
