Hell, how many people HAVEN'T used personal email for business? I have, haven't you? Just last week, I tried to send an email to my boss at 3:30 in the morning telling her I was going to be out sick. While I generally have home access to work email, the office's system was down that night, so I used my gmail account to send a note to my boss. And with B.Y.O.D. becoming more and more popular, the distinction between work accounts and personal accounts gets smaller every day. And we Records Managers have yet one more reason to rip our hair out by the roots.
