As for XXL shirts, we've purposely limited our shirts to XL to secure the best possible price. However, if there is enough people wanting XXL, we'll pursue that accordingly.
The intention of using the "minion theme" is due to the popularity of the Despicable Me movie and the Minion characters. You can make whatever "political" statement you want regarding what the t-shirts may or may not imply. The bottom-line is that it's a "fundraising effort" and an opportunity to have some "fun" at conference.
