I'm an archivist for the U.S. Senate and a member of ARMA, so I've been on this listserv for a while. Many congressional offices use IQ (Lockheed Martin) for their constituent correspondence systems (CSS) vendor and we have been dealing with the issue of how to export data from CSS databases for the use of congressional archival repositories. One of our archivists found the link below to something called IQ Archivist, an add-in to Federal IQ systems. It seems to be largely records management oriented, but there is the ability to export data "to NARA and external media." I was wondering if any records managers working with or in Federal Government agencies is familiar with IQ Archivist, and if so, have you used the data export capability? We are particularly interested in the export formats available and the usefulness and accessibility of the data after export. You can contact me directly at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>.

Thanks!
