In the BioTech industry: physical file rooms have doors, with locks, and
controlled access. Access is requested per file room (e.g., the room
containing red-lined Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and centrally
controlled. I've seen it at Genentech, BioRad, and BioMarin. It may be
part of GMP recommendations, in the case of BioTech manufacturing.

Is security at the office door level enough? Hypothetical: Office is converting to open file shelving, File rooms currently have no doors, Security questionnaires coming in asking for answers regarding security of physical files. Looking for a general consensus on this.
