Australia - Mouldy records blamed for staff illness | Newcastle Herald

It is believed files became mouldy when the health service’s storage unit
at Cardiff was flooded during the Pasha storm of June 2007.

In 2008 some staff went on strike, claiming management had failed to act
on their longstanding complaints about the mould which was causing health
problems.
