Has anyone created managed folders/buckets/bins in their email software that 
allows the user to drop emails into folders with specific retention periods?  The 
folders then are automatically purged based on the retention period placed on 
the individual folder.  The retention for each folder could differ.

My Agency would like to implement this system of folders, however I have 
found very limited informationon this topic.  I would like to get ideas and tips 
from those who have some insight.
