Hello,

Employee profile data such as job title, salary I believe carries a 6 year 
retention.  However, do you consider that an active plus 6 year (essentially 
maintaining all history 6 years past termination of the employee), or a 'flat' 6 
year meaning only titles or salary history the past 6 years is maintained for 
current employees?  How does the list address this?
