There has not been an American Records Management Association for
nearly 39 years, since 1975. Also, ARMA was never the sponsoring org
for the CRM certification credential.
Skip, please inform Harvard's HR of some realities of the RIM/IG
profession, and affiliated professional associations and certification
institutes.
