Archives show changing shape of weather maps throughout the past 142 years
Rebecca Hughes, from the new company, said: "We came across this
fascinating collection of weather maps which has been isolated in the Met
Office archives.

"Now we are working with the Met Office to share them with the public and
have set up a digital library which means we can produce maps from any day
dating back 140 years.
